Volunteer for Commencement weekend

Commencement Weekend will be held Saturday, May 9, or Sunday, May 10. Volunteers are needed to assist in several roles throughout the weekend. Those interested should email University Special Events at [email protected] and include their name, the event they are available for and the role they wish to serve in. A member of the Special Events team or Campus Ministry will follow up with additional details.

Baccalaureate Mass

Saturday, May 9, in the Al McGuire Center

  • 9 a.m. if Commencement is May 9
  • 4 p.m. if Commencement is May 10

Volunteers needed: ushers, musicians (vocal and instrumental) and Eucharistic ministers. Eucharistic ministers must be Catholic and confirmed.

Commencement Ceremonies

Fiserv Forum

If Commencement is Saturday, May 9:

  • 1 p.m. Undergraduate ceremony
  • 5 p.m. Graduate ceremony

If Commencement is Sunday, May 10:

  • 11 a.m. Undergraduate ceremony
  • 3 p.m. Graduate ceremony

Volunteers needed: column marshals, faculty marshals and general volunteers.
