Twin Pines Golf Course, Driving Range, and Mini Pines to Open March 16
Twin Pines Golf Course opens for the 2026 season Monday, March 16; daily hours will be 9:00 a.m to dusk until further notice. The opening includes the golf course with carts, weather permitting, driving range with mats, and the popular Mini Pines Miniature Golf Course. Twin Pines is located at 3800 42nd Street NE.
March 16 also marks the first day of Spring Break for many local schools, offering families and golfers a great opportunity to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and kick off the season on the course.
Reservations are Available now. Tee times for groups of two or more can be reserved through the Cedar Rapids Golf app or at CityOfCR.com/BookTwinPinesGolf. Singles should call Twin Pines at 319-286-5583 or check in at the clubhouse to be added to a twosome or threesome.
Following opening day, daily operations and golf availability will remain weather-dependent, including potential cart restrictions. Golfers are encouraged to check with the Pro Shop for course conditions before arriving.
Gardner and Ellis Golf Course openings are weather dependent and will be announced at a later date.
