US-2 resurfacing starts July 9 in Iron County

CRYSTAL FALLS, Mich. ­- The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing about $590,000 to resurface about 2 miles of US-2 from west of US-141 to Urban Avenue in the city of Crystal Falls, Iron County. The project will include asphalt cold milling, drainage structure adjustments, asphalt resurfacing and pavement markings. This project includes a three-year pavement performance warranty.
