Effective November 12, 2024, Anne Townsend voluntarily resigned from her position as a member of the board of directors (the "Board") of Rekor Systems, Inc. (the "Company") in order to pursue personal commitments. Ms. Townsend did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Ms. Townsend for her service on the Board.
