Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island invites public comment on the proposed amendments to Local Rule 5071-1 and Appendix III. Copies of the proposed amendments are available here. <_o3a_p>

Comments on the proposed amendments should be received by February 11, 2026. Comments can be made by email to [email protected] or in writing addressed to:
