Jumping Jacks Brings Extra Playtime to Parkside Preschool

The San Rafael Community Center has been collaborating with Parkside Preschool, providing the children with an extra space to enjoy playtime. Staff at the San Rafael Community Center operate a program called Jumping Jacks, which transforms the Auditorium into a lively area filled with scooters, play equipment, a bounce house, and much more on Tuesdays and Thursdays. With the play equipment already set up, staff saw a great opportunity to work together with the Parkside kids and invite them over to join the fun.

Every Thursday, the children make their way over to expend their energy after lunch and before nap time. They enter the building quietly, holding onto a colored rope to stay in line with their teachers as they walk into the auditorium. We are grateful to all the Parkside teachers for ensuring the kids are safe and having a great time.
