Traffic Advisory - Avacado Avenue between Achilles Street and Abalom Street Closed Sept. 16-19

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Sept. 10, 2025) - Avacado Avenue between Achilles Street and Abalom Street will be closed 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 16 through Friday, Sept. 19 for Public Works crews to perform a pipe replacement and drainage maintenance.
Travelers are directed to a detour with signage and should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.
 The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
