The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. to consider the possible parole of Timothy McGee, #145126. The hearing will be conducted via video using Microsoft Teams.

Timothy McGee was sentenced to a term of Life for the crime of Assault with Intent to Rob while Armed. Timothy McGee was sentenced on April 26, 1976, out of Wayne County.
Cynthia L. Garcia, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
