Home Newsroom Attorney General Labrador's Office Arrests Ada County Man for Alleged Exploitation of a Child
BOISE, ID - Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced that investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested 37-year-old Kyle Hazaard in Star on Saturday February 21st , 2026, on 5 counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material.
The ICAC Unit was assisted in this arrest by Ada County Sheriff's Office, Anti-Crime Team in our Neighborhoods (ACTION) Unit, and Star Police Department.
"Every arrest we make is a step toward protecting Idaho children from exploitation," said Attorney General Labrador. "I'm grateful for the hard work of our ICAC investigators and the partnerships we've built with law enforcement agencies across the state to protect children."

The Attorney General's ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.

The charges listed above are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
