Palm Beach County Emergency Operations Center to Host Hurricane Exercise

The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) will be conducting a Full-scale hurricane exercise on June 1, 2026, at the EOC. The exercise will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by 3:00 p.m. This is an opportunity to exercise staff readiness and response actions in relation to an activation of the EOC. This full-scale exercise will simulate a major hurricane approaching from the Atlantic that results in a Palm Beach County landfall. The focus will be on pre and post hurricane impacts and potential resource issues in Palm Beach County.
