Daytime Two Lane Closure on Eastbound Interstate-80 (I-80) Carquinez Bridge, Solano / Contra Costa County

Schedule: Sunday, Sep. 27, from 5:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

Solano/Contra Costa County - Caltrans maintenance has scheduled a two-lane closure on Eastbound I-80 Carquinez Bridge between the Cummings Skyway overpass to the Carquinez Toll Plaza. Starting Sunday morning, Sept. 27, at 5:00 a.m.

The closure is necessary to give maintenance crews the opportunity to address and repair lighting issues on the bridge approach from the Pomona On-Ramp. Addressing these issues will make it safer for motorists and crews.
