Opinion Forms for January 12 Meeting

The Broken Arrow City Council will hold a special meeting on January 12 at 6 p.m. to discuss a proposed Islamic Center in south Broken Arrow. The meeting will be held at Northeastern State University, Broken Arrow, at the Administrative Services Building.

Residents who wish to speak during the meeting will be required to complete an Opinion Form, a new form created specifically for this meeting, prior to providing comments to the City Council. To help manage public participation, two different opinion forms will be available for completion at the meeting. One for individuals who support the proposal and another for individuals who oppose it. Each form will be printed on different-colored paper to assist City staff in organizing public comments.

If you download a form to complete prior to the meeting, please print the form on paper with the corresponding color. If you select the box indicating you wish to address the governing body, your form needs to be turned in at the meeting by 5:50 p.m. Forms indicating you do not wish to address the governing body will be accepted after 5:50 p.m.
