On July 29, 2026, members of the Winnipeg Police Service executed a search warrant at a multi-suite residence in the 200 block of Young Street in the West Broadway neighbourhood following complaints from community members about suspected drug trafficking and other illicit activity.
Through the course of their investigation, Central Division Community Support Unit (CSU) identified several suspects believed to be involved.
On July 29, 2026, with assistance from the Tactical Support Team, the Rapid Response Unit and Foot Patrol Unit, CSU officers executed a search warrant at the above-mentioned address and arrested seven individuals without incident.

The five named individuals were detained in custody. An additional 29-year-old female and a 40-year-old female face similar charges and were released on undertakings to appear in court at a late date.
