PHILADELPHIA - From vacant lot cleanups and unsafe property complaints to public spending and essential services, Philadelphians now have more ways to track their government's work as the Parker Administration announces twelve new and two enhanced performance metrics on Philly Stat 360, the City's public performance dashboard. This expansion gives residents a closer look at how departments are serving neighborhoods, responding to concerns, and using public resources.
"Don't just listen to what we say. Watch what we do. That's the standard I've set for this Administration, and Philly Stat 360 gives Philadelphians a way to hold us to it," said Mayor Cherelle L. Parker. "Residents deserve to know where we're making progress, where challenges remain, and what we're doing to deliver results. That's what real accountability looks like."
The new metrics include interactive maps showing where unsafe properties are reported, vacant lots are cleaned, streets are swept, and stormwater inlets are maintained. Others highlight the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Philadelphia running, including City contracting, technology services, and revenue collection.
The expansion builds on Philly Stat 360's growing collection of public tools, including the H.O.M.E. Initiative Dashboard, which tracks real-time progress toward the Mayor's goal of creating and preserving 30,000 homes, and the Kensington Dashboard, which brings together information on public safety, wellness, community resources, and neighborhood conditions.
"Good government starts with knowing what's working and being willing to improve what isn't," said Kristin Bray, Chief Legal Counsel to the Mayor and Director of Philly Stat 360. "We're making more of that information available to the public while giving City departments a better understanding of their own performance. The result is greater transparency for residents and better-informed decisions about the services they depend on."
Developed in partnership with 10 City departments and offices, the updates are organized around the Administration's priorities of building a safer, cleaner, greener Philadelphia with economic opportunity for all, supported by strong core government services.
New and Enhanced Performance Metrics

"Effective procurement is critical to a safe and well-run city," said Procurement Commissioner Ronald Hovey. "By tracking contract timelines and vendor participation, we are gaining valuable insights that are helping us modernize how Philadelphia does business with the vendor community."
"This data shows how we are strengthening operations and improving outcomes citywide," said Revenue Commissioner Kathleen McColgan. "By making our performance more visible, we're giving residents a clearer picture of our progress and how we're working to meet their priorities."
