Savills receives gold status for commitment to Armed Forces community

The international real estate advisor has achieved Gold status as part of the MoD's Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

The ERS recognises employers that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support for the Armed Forces community and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.

Savills is a long-time supporter of the Armed Forces Covenant and was awarded Silver status in 2024.

The most recent recognition further demonstrates the company's commitment to the Armed Forces community and those looking to build meaningful civilian careers - with clear service-friendly policies in place for recruitment and professional development as well as ongoing support for those who continue to serve in the reserves.

Earlier this month Savills was also named as one of the UK's Top 50 Employers of Veterans 2025 by the GREAT British Employers of Veterans programme.
