RED OAK, Iowa - U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), Chair of the Senate Small Business Committee, today announced her Small Business of the Week: Port Neal Welding Company of Woodbury County. Throughout the 119th Congress, Chair Ernst plans to recognize a small business in each of Iowa's 99 counties.

"For over 30 years, Port Neal Welding Company has exemplified the well-fused entrepreneurial values of American small businesses," said Chair Ernst. "From creating industrial stairs, catwalks, and agricultural products to custom metal art, Dan Lee and his team's commitment to high quality craftsmanship have welded folks' trust across Iowa."

Founded in 1994, Dan Lee has grown Port Neal Welding Company from a small operation based out of his home into a pillar of the community. Working alongside his four sons, Dan produces everything from industrial steel products to custom artwork. Whether it's bent, broken, cracked, or needs to be fabricated from scratch, Port Neal Welding Company is always there to lend a hand.
