Dentons advises HRI Hospitality on transformative hotel redevelopment

Dentons advised HRI Hospitality and its development partners, including Peachtree Group, on the financing and redevelopment of Portland, Maine's historic Time & Temperature Building, helping structure and close a multifaceted transaction involving financing, tax credit investments and hospitality agreements.

Dentons hospitality team advised on the transaction's key components, including a joint venture; construction and bridge loan financing; a federal historic tax credit investment structured through a master lease; a state historic tax credit purchase; and franchise, development and hotel management agreements.
