The role of science diplomacy in strengthening cooperation in artificial intelligence

As part of the South Africa-Tunisia lecture series, the Tunisian Embassy and the Academy of Science of South Africa have organised a Zoom lecture on how science diplomacy can assist African countries to align their regulatory and ethical approaches to artificial intelligence and find opportunities for cooperation in research and capacity building in this space.

The lecture will be held on 8 July 2026 from 10:00.
