R3 (Strong) HF Radio Blackout Event on 29 Dec, 2024

At approximately 29/0718 UTC (0218 EST on 29 Dec 2024), an X1.1 X-ray flare (R3-Strong radio blackout) was observed, originated from Region 3936 in the NW quadrant of the Sun.
