Sheppard Mullin represented Systems Planning & Analysis ("SPA") in its acquisition of Intrepid, a leading engineering company with key positions in the missiles and space, enterprise modernization, and aviation and mission support domains. SPA is a leading global provider of data-driven analytical insights supporting complex national security programs and defense priorities. SPA is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, a private investment firm specializing in government regulated industries.
Sheppard Mullin advised SPA in three previous deals, including its acquisition of Australian-based Proximity Advisory Services Pty Ltd; the Technical Advisory Services Program from ManTech; the Operations Research and Cyber Analysis division of Metron; and PRKK, LLC.
