City of Bettendorf's 2026 Street Resurfacing Program Progresses to Next Location on Wednesday, August 5
August 3, 2026 - Beginning Wednesday, August 5, 2026, the City of Bettendorf's 2026 Street Resurfacing Program progresses to its next location:
- Elmwood Avenue from Parkway Drive to 18th Street
Resurfacing at this location is expected to take approximately 4-6 weeks, weather permitting.
To ensure the safety of the traveling public and the construction workers on site, this location will only be open to local traffic during construction.
As construction wraps up at this location, the contractor in charge of the program will choose the next location. The City of Bettendorf will update this webpage at that time. For more information, see below.
June 19, 2026 - Beginning Monday, June 22, 2026, the City of Bettendorf's 2026 Street Resurfacing Program gets underway with 4 locations scheduled for the year, starting with:- Magnolia Drive from Magnolia Court to Summit Hills Drive
- Harmony Drive from Hillcrest Avenue to Olympia Drive
Resurfacing at these locations is expected to take approximately 4-6 weeks, weather permitting.
To ensure the safety of the traveling public and the construction workers on site, these locations will only be open to local traffic during construction.
As construction wraps up at these first two locations, the contractor in charge of the program will choose the next location. The City of Bettendorf will update this webpage at that time.
