ACJC Formal Hearing - In the Matter of Antonio Inacio, Judge of the Municipal Court
The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct will hold a public hearing in In the Matter of Antonio Inacio, Judge of the Municipal Court at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 27 at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton.
A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on March 5, 2024. An answer was filed on March 22, 2024.
The hearing will be held in accordance with the "Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct," which is available at njcourts.gov.
