Portland, OR - After a bombshell report from the Oregon Capital Chronicle revealed yesterday that Republican candidate for governor Christine Drazan funneled nearly $100,000 from her dark money group to a private company she owns, the Democratic Party of Oregon is calling on Drazan to release a complete, unredacted list of donors to A New Direction.

The article reports that "Drazan declined a phone interview through her campaign," and that her husband - who served as president of their consulting firm when the payments were made - "did not respond to a phone call and a voicemail seeking comment."

Now, Drazan must release the full list of donors to her dark money group so Oregonians can see exactly who is funding her self-dealing scheme and how they will influence her political campaign.

"Christine Drazan has been caught with her hands in the cookie jar, taking secret donations and using them to line her own pockets," said Democratic Party of Oregon Executive Director Candy Emmons. "Voters deserve to know whether Drazan's policies are bought and paid for, and if so by whom. We are calling on her to do the right thing and release the full list of donors, so that voters can see exactly who is trying to buy influence in Oregon's government."
