Notice of CEQA Posting: Sky Harbour Hangar Expansion Project (Planning File No. SP24-021 & ER24-274)

Planning File Nos. SP24-021 & ER24-274 Project Description The project includes a Special Use Permit to expand the existing general aviation facilities on a 7.0-acre site within the San José Mineta International Airport. The expanded facilities would consist of a hangar addition comprising a new 28,000-square-foot aircraft hangar, 235-square-foot office space, and concrete ramp paving for aircraft parking. The existing hangar would be retained and undergo a hangar door relocation from the South to the East elevation. The hangar addition would be constructed directly to the south and would have a height of approximately 39 feet above ground level. Location 1210 Aviation Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110 Assessor's Parcel Number 230-46-051 This Addendum has been prepared as part of the supplemental environmental review process needed to evaluate the proposed project. In accordance with CEQA, this Addendum will be attached to the certified Norman Y.
