Amorepacific is accelerating progress toward its group revenue target of KRW 15 trillion by 2035 through the global expansion of its derma beauty, clinical skincare, and hair care businesses. Its strategy is to fast-track growth across its established global flagship brands while developing new drivers of growth, using its digital capabilities to bring a broader range of brands to overseas markets and expand their growth there.

On September 11, Amorepacific held its 2026 Investor Day at its Global Headquarters in Yongsan, Seoul, with major domestic and international institutional investors and analysts in attendance. The company unveiled the global growth strategies for AESTURA, ILLIYOON, and IOPE, as well as hair care brands including RYO and Mise-en-Scène, and presented its BY27 management targets and execution plans.

■ Derma Beauty and Clinical Skincare to Become New Pillars of Global Growth
Amorepacific aims to scale up its global business, led by AESTURA and ILLIYOON, and achieve KRW 1 trillion in revenue from its derma beauty brands by BY30 (July 2029 to June 2030). Woonsup Lim, Head of Amorepacific's Derma Beauty Unit, outlined global growth strategies built on the two brands' differentiated product strengths.

AESTURA, Korea's No. 1 derma cosmetics brand, will extend to global markets the leadership it has built around its flagship ATOBARRIER365 line. The brand has been launched in 36 countries over the past three years, and its global revenue more than quadrupled last year. AESTURA plans to accelerate its global growth by expanding into nine additional countries by the first half of next year.

ILLIYOON plans to promote Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream, its flagship ceramide-based product, as a key global offering. The product recently ranked No. 5 in the Facial Moisturizers category on Amazon in the United States. Building on this momentum, the brand plans to raise awareness through social media and drive growth through key digital channels, particularly Amazon and TikTok Shop in the United States.

Jongha Kim, Head of Amorepacific's Active Beauty Unit, presented the global growth strategy of clinical-grade skincare brand IOPE. The brand is sharpening its expertise rooted in research on dermatological procedures and strengthening the competitiveness of products formulated with high-efficacy ingredients including PDRN and retinol. Building on its launch at Sephora in the United States, the brand will enter European markets in the first half of next year, with the goal of growing IOPE into a KRW 500 billion brand by 2035.

■ Hair Care Targets KRW 1 Trillion in Revenue and Global Revenue Share of at Least 60% by BY30
Amorepacific also plans to focus on hair care as its next pillar of global growth.

Byungkwon Rho, Head of Amorepacific's Hair & Beauty Unit, announced targets of KRW 1 trillion in hair care revenue and a global revenue share of at least 60% by BY30 (July 2029 to June 2030), supported by a multi-brand portfolio that includes RYO, Mise-en-Scène, LABO-H, Longtake, AYUNCHE, and AMOS PROFESSIONAL.

The company plans to expand its premium hair care and scalp care businesses in major markets including the United States, China, Japan, and Brazil, while developing global flagship products for each brand. Mise-en-Scène's flagship Perfect Serum has reached first place in the Hair Styling Oils category on Amazon in the United States, demonstrating its momentum in the global market.

Building on more than 70 years of scalp and hair research and its extensive brand portfolio, Amorepacific plans to lead the global expansion of K-hair care.

■ Bolstering Digital Capabilities to Scale Proven Growth Models Globally
Amorepacific will enhance its digital capabilities and rapidly take each brand's proven growth model global. Yongho Kim, Head of Amorepacific's Corporate Strategy Division, said the company would expand consumer touchpoints across key digital channels including social media and e-commerce, and pursue growth by rapidly rolling out successful models across brands and markets worldwide.

More specifically, the company plans to use consumer data and market- and channel-specific insights to sharpen its marketing efforts and improve investment effectiveness in line with each brand's stage of growth and the unique needs of each market. This approach will expedite the global expansion of established flagship brands and further support the multi-brand growth framework that continually nurtures emerging growth brands.

Based on this, Amorepacific set targets of 10% revenue growth and an operating margin of at least 11% for BY27 (July 2026 to June 2027). The company plans to drive both growth and profitability by expanding its business in core markets including the Americas, Europe, and Japan, while prioritizing growth categories such as derma beauty, clinical skincare, and hair care.

Seunghwan Kim, CEO of Amorepacific, noted, "Over many years, Amorepacific has fostered the expertise needed to identify promising brands and turn them into leading global brands by enhancing brand competitiveness, transforming its business portfolio, diversifying its global footprint, and promoting innovation within its retail channels." He added, "We will fast track the growth of our established flagship brands and nurture derma beauty, clinical skincare, and hair care into new pillars of global growth."

"We will further reinforce the fundamentals that underpin our competitiveness, namely brand value, technology, and quality, while responding flexibly to shifts in consumer preferences and markets driven by social media, e-commerce, and AI," he continued. "Through these efforts, we will generate sustainable growth in global markets."

Last year, to mark its 80th anniversary, Amorepacific group announced its "Create New Beauty" vision and medium- to long-term goals of achieving KRW 15 trillion in revenue by 2035 and becoming a leading global beauty and wellness company. At this Investor Day, the group detailed its global multi-brand growth strategy and roadmaps for key businesses that will drive the vision forward.
