Important information about our contact channels
Due to the nationwide phase-out of the copper network, our fax service will be discontinued from 1 November 2026. This change also supports our ongoing work to provide secure, modern and accessible communication channels.
From this date, documents can no longer be submitted to PRV by fax. Organisations and individuals currently using this service may therefore need to adjust their existing procedures.
We encourage the use of our e-services for the secure digital submission of documents, together with the other contact options available on our website under Contact us.
