NextJetHoldings – Scam misusing NZ company details

We recommend caution when dealing with NextJetHoldings, its website Nextjetholdings.net or any duplicate websites listed in this warning.

We are aware of an individual who has invested with NextJetHoldings and is unable to withdraw funds invested, despite making withdrawal requests.

NextJetHoldings offers discretionary investment management services but is not registered or licensed to provide this service in New Zealand. It does not appear to be subject to any overseas regulator.

NextJetHoldings is falsely claiming to be registered in New Zealand using the company details of the New Zealand registered company, NJT Holdings Limited (NZBN: 9429033149882). A representative of NJT Holdings Limited has confirmed that it is not associated with Nextjetholdings.net.

We have identified two duplicate websites of NetJetHoldings.net; Okcax.com and Zetashares.cc.

These websites feature large sections of text identical to Nextjetholdings.net and share identical images and layout.

We are concerned that both Okcax.com and Zetashares.cc are used in the same investment scam.
