Visit to the exhibition of agricultural products of Jaihun district

On December 25, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, continuing his working visit to Jaihun district, also visited the exhibition of agricultural products, including vegetables, various types of fresh and dried fruits, canned products, legumes, and cereals, which were obtained using favorable weather conditions, fertile land, and high-quality seeds.

This year, farmers in the district, using existing natural opportunities, have increased the area under agricultural crops to 23,284 hectares.

The continuous hard work of farmers and compliance with agricultural techniques for planting and growing have made it possible to ensure an increase in agricultural production in Jaihun district.

As reported, as of December 1, 2025, all forms of farming in the district produced 11,728 tons of potatoes, 48,890 tons of cereals, 29,969 tons of fruits, 159,677 tons of vegetables, 3,285 tons of grapes, 168,775 tons of legumes, 24,730 tons of milk, 5,255 tons of meat, 23.9 tons of honey, 146.4 tons of fish, and 4 million 146.9 thousand eggs.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the harvest of carrots, grain corn, and legumes from repeated sowing continues in the district.

The exhibition, which was presented in a very interesting and visual form, is a reflection of the abundant harvest and rich experience of the hardworking farmers of the district in the rational use of land.

The products of the women's and men's crafts of the district, including various types of Tajik bread and dishes, are also a manifestation of hard work in a large form.

The President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, gave instructions and recommendations to the officials and peasants of the district to further increase production capacity, effectively use the land, stock up on products for the winter period, increase the area of gardens and vineyards, and plow the land.
