Portion of 15th Street NE to Close for Bridge Strengthening

A portion of 15th Street NE between Marion Street NE and B Street NE will be closed to through traffic July 21 through Aug. 15 for strengthening work on the bridge crossing Mill Creek. This will be the third of four planned Public Works bridge-strengthening projects using funds from the voter-approved 2022 Safety and Livability Bond. This work will strengthen the bridges to allow heavier trucks to safely pass over local waterways. Drivers and pedestrians should use caution, expect some delays and follow traffic control signage.
