President Meloni’s condolence message following the death of the worker in the collapse of the Torre dei Conti

Both personally and on behalf of the Government, I express profound sorrow and condolences following the tragic passing of Octay Stroici, the worker who died in the collapse of the Torre dei Conti in Rome.
Our thoughts are with his family and colleagues at this time of unspeakable suffering.
I wish to once again thank the rescue workers and all those who worked so tirelessly and with such courage to try and save his life.
