FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The City of Irvine invites the community to share input on Northwood Community Park playground improvements at an outreach meeting Wednesday, April 23, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Northwood Community Center.
The Northwood Community Park Improvement Project is designed to enhance park amenities and incorporate accessibility improvements, ensuring the space meets the needs of local residents. The project will focus on replacing outdated equipment, adding new features, and preserving the park's unique castle-themed charm.
Attendees will have an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and help shape the future design of the playground. Participants will also be able to review initial design concepts and offer feedback on potential upgrades.
If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to provide input on improvements that are important to you, please email the Project Manager, Raquel Garcia, at ragarcia@cityofirvine.org(link sends e-mail) before April 25.
