Westwood Golf Course Clubhouse Progress Update
The Westwood Golf Course Clubhouse project is progressing toward its target completion date of May 15th. While some small tasks will remain after that date, staff will begin training on new systems and equipment. Site grading is set to begin soon, pending City Council approval, and bids for the patio and outdoor shelter will be issued shortly. A temporary solution has been implemented for the sprinkler system, and a new water main will be installed from W 28th St S (Gun Club Road) to the clubhouse. This upgrade will improve water flow and pressure for both the clubhouse and the surrounding Lambs Grove area. Until the new water main is operational, the clubhouse will operate with an occupancy limit of 99 people to meet fire code requirements.
