Kitchen behaviours in eCooking: findings from Ghana, Kenya, Nepal and Uganda

Abstract

Studies focus on understanding electricity-saving and electricity-wasting behaviours of 103 eCooking users, selected from diverse income levels and geographic locations.

This research is part of the Modern Energy Cooking Services (MECS) programme.
