UNION PARK CAPITAL ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF Panorama Environmental sEPTEMBER 11, 2026
DENVER, CO - September 11, 2026 - Spheros Environmental (Spheros), a nationwide environmental consulting firm, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Panorama Environmental, Inc., a San Francisco, California-based firm specializing in environmental planning, CEQA and NEPA compliance, regulatory permitting, GIS, technical studies, construction monitoring, and public engagement for the power, renewable energy, data centers, water, natural resource management, and state and local government markets.
Panorama brings nearly 15 years of experience supporting public- and private-sector clients throughout California and the western United States. Their work spans energy, water, infrastructure, natural resources, wildfire and fuels management, transportation, mining, and public infrastructure, adding substantial CEQA and NEPA environmental review, regulatory strategy, and permitting experience and further strengthening Spheros' capabilities in the West.
