Chief Financial Officer of J Molner AS resigns
J Molner AS (hereinafter the Issuer) announces that the Issuer's Chief Financial Officer Sten Akel has resigned by mutual agreement. His last working day was 15 June 2026.
The Issuer does not currently intend to hire a new Chief Financial Officer. The CFO's duties will be divided among the existing three-member finance team. The Issuer will consider hiring a new Chief Financial Officer if the need arises and the workload increases.
