WASHINGTON - Officials from Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and affiliated program executive offices will participate in panel discussions and present program updates in NAVSEA's exhibit booth during the WEST 2025 annual symposium at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, Calif., Jan. 28-30.
NAVSEA Commander Vice Adm. Jim Downey, will participate in a panel on Jan. 30:
