Master Developer Issues RFP for New Downtown City Hall and Parking Deck Project

RocaPoint Partners (RP Pompano, LLC), the Master Developer for the Downtown Project, in partnership with the City of Pompano Beach and the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), is pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP No. 01-2026) to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the construction of the new City Hall and Parking Deck in the New Downtown.

The selected contractor will be responsible for constructing the new City Hall and the associated parking deck, which will serve as a central civic anchor within the evolving New Downtown. This project represents an important step in the continued transformation of Downtown Pompano Beach into a vibrant hub for government services, community activity, and economic development.

Firms interested in responding to the RFP as the General Contractor must be licensed to perform construction services in the State of Florida. Proposals must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM EST on Friday, April 10, 2026. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered.
