More than 200 students, faculty, staff, community members and vendors participated. The turnout reflects Plymouth State's approach to applied learning and its connection to the White Mountains region, where environmental responsibility is part of daily life and study.
"Being part of Earth Jam this year was a great experience," said PSU junior Charlie Despres, vice president of the Student Art Collective. "It's a great event that supports the arts and unites the community around shared interests and love for our planet, and it wouldn't happen without the artists, bands and student groups who make it possible."
Earth Jam is held each year in the days leading up to Earth Day and is open to both the campus and the broader community.
