Myles Erlick Releases Debut Album Handcrafted
Today (9.4), JUNO Award-winning, Nashville-based singer-songwriter and actor Myles Erlick releases his debut album, HANDCRAFTED via ONErpm x Huff Co.
The album features his distinctive blend of country rock songwriting, live musicianship, and the charisma of a performer whose career has moved effortlessly between the stage, the screen, and the recording studio. Produced alongside Dann Huff (Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett, Kane Brown) and David Huff in partnership with ONErpm, the 14-track album finds the perfect sound to close out the summer, the high-energy love songs feel both fresh and nostalgic all at once.
In addition to the Huffs, Erlick tapped an all-star list of collaborators for his debut, including: songwriters Aaron Eshuis (Rascal Flatts, Cole Swindell, and Scotty McCreery), Neil Medley (Luke Bryan, Jake Owen, Miranda Lambert) and Mike Walker (George Strait, Dierks Bentley, and Eric Church), guitarist Tom Bukovac (Stevie Nicks, Bob Seger, Sheryl Crow), drummer Chris McHugh (Keith Urban, Blake Shelton, Toby Keith) and many more.
Erlick has a way of taking listeners on a journey, like they're riding shotgun through life's biggest moments, with charisma and a knack for writing songs that feel as exhilarating as they are sincere. HANDCRAFTED captures the beauty of love and chasing something that is bigger than yourself. At the heart of the record is Erlick's relationship with fellow Nashville singer-songwriter Heather Carpenter, whom he describes as the inspiration behind much of the album and calls it his "love letter" to her. HANDCRAFTEDdocuments the couple's journey together through songs about falling in love and building a life together, embracing the vulnerability that comes with long-lasting relationships. Each song is fueled by restless ambition and reflects an artist who is constantly evolving, never content to stay in one place.
