Kirkland Advises Kimmeridge Texas Gas, LLC on Inaugural $500 Million Offering of Senior Notes

Kirkland & Ellis advised Kimmeridge Texas Gas, LLC on its private offering of $500 million of 8.50% senior unsecured notes due in 2030. The offering is expected to close on January 14, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
