On December 19, Fleck Eckert Klein McGarry provided Chester County with the results of their investigation into the pollbook error that occurred during the general election on November 4, 2025. The firm's investigation consisted of an extensive research and interview process to identify the specific cause of the error and examine any related issues. The County Commissioners, serving as the Board of Elections, and senior County administrative leadership are reviewing the results of the investigation and will begin developing a plan to prevent the reoccurrence of any similar errors in the future. More information about the investigation and the County's response will be presented at a meeting of the Chester County Board of Elections at 7:00PM on January 27, 2026 in the Commissioners' Board Room, 6th Floor, 313 W.
