INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Sarah Campbell was arrested for Attempted Assault in the 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony. It was determined after a joint investigation by the Sheriff's Office and the Washington County Adult Protective Services that Campbell had attempted to assault a victim who was over sixty-five years old, and she was the caregiver for in the Town of Greenwich.

Campbell was arrested and held in the Washington County Jail. Campbell was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment and released on her own recognizance pending a future court date in the Town of Greenwich Court.
