SB U.S. Route 61 in Cape Girardeau County Reduced for Concrete Repairs
SIKESTON-Southbound Route 61 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform overnight concrete repairs.
This section of roadway is located from Old Bloomfield Road to Walnut Street in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Oct. 5 through Thursday, Oct. 15 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
