Maharashtra allows Captive Power Generation and Distribution by Data Centers. The state allows data centers coming up in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and surrounding areas to generate and distribute their own green energy. Kerala approves Land Titles for Forest Land. Under the rules, those who have been in possession of forest land prior to 1977 are eligible to receive land titles with the approval of the Union government.
