Early registration for city employees is a two-step process.
Step 1: Schedule Your Registration Appointment Online
Beginning Wednesday, March 18, at 8:00 a.m., city employees may schedule an early registration appointment online. You must schedule an appointment online before attending in-person registration.

Step 2: Attend Your In-Person Registration Appointment

Registration will take place in person at your scheduled appointment time.
Program Overview
Ages: 6 to 12 years
Dates: Monday, June 1, to Friday, July 24, 2026
Attendance: Full-time required
Fees: Sliding-scale structure
Proof of age and income is required. Payment is due at the time of registration.
Required Documentation
Applicants must bring the following documents for each youth participant:
Proof of Age (bring one):
Birth certificate
Immunization records
Passport
Proof of Income (bring one):
Most recent tax return for the household
Most recent pay stubs for the household
Social Security benefits statement
Disability benefits statement
Completed printed registration packet, available for download on the appointment website.
