Effective September 11, 2025, General Order 25-03 - Order on Amendments to Local Rules Regarding Chapter 12 Casesincludes the resignation of the standing Chapter 12 Trustee, James A. Overcash, and the United States Trustee office's appointment of John Stalnaker as the Chapter 12 trustee on a case-by-case basis. General Order 25-03 also deletes Local Rule 3015-1(C), modifies Local Rule 3020-1(A), and updates Appendix H to increase the advance deposit the debtor must pay in a case under Chapter 12 from $200 to $1,000.
