TPBank applies AI, digital technology to deploy a series of features: ChatPay, Paste to Pay, LiveBank 24/7... to build an "Intelligent Bank" and improve user experience.
Intelligent Bank is a banking model that applies artificial intelligence (AI) and smart technologies such as big data, RPA, chatbot... to operate effectively and manage risks better, in order to create a personalized experience for customers.
To realize the goal, the bank invests in core technology infrastructure such as AI, RPA, Big Data and Cloud, while expanding connections through the Open API platform, allowing the integration of financial services into many ecosystems such as e-commerce, education, healthcare, insurance...

Simplify transactions
One of the outstanding features developed by TPBank is ChatPay, designed as a conversation interface right in the banking application. Instead of filling in each information field in the traditional way, users only need to enter the amount and transfer content in the conversation box, the system will automatically identify the recipient, suggest the content and complete the transaction.
The feature automatically remembers the recipient, allows you to set a memorable name for each contact to use for subsequent transfers, displays transaction history by person, helping users easily track the number of times and total amount transferred.
ChatPay is integrated with AI to analyze context, identify behavior and optimize operations according to usage habits, especially for young users. The feature aims to simplify daily financial operations such as splitting bills, transferring money quickly, without interrupting the digital experience.
At the same time, the bank also deployed the Paste to Pay feature, allowing customers to copy the transfer message content into ChatPay on the TPBank app. After sending, the system will automatically identify, analyze and fill in the necessary information to perform the transaction.
This solution applies optical character recognition (OCR) technology, language AI and machine learning algorithms trained from millions of real transactions. According to TPBank, this is an improvement to help customers operate faster and limit errors.
Building a comprehensive digital ecosystem
In addition to ChatPay and Paste to Pay, TPBank developed the LiveBank 24/7 system, allowing customers to perform full banking transactions outside of business hours. At the same time, the bank expanded its presence on platforms such as Zalo mini-app, e-wallet, payment gateway..., helping users access services in a familiar environment without having to access separate applications.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hung, General Director of TPBank, each new feature is developed based on observing user behavior and predicting needs, with the goal that the bank not only responds to requests but also proactively appears at the right time and in the right context.

Currently, more than 98% of transactions at TPBank are conducted via digital channels.
