William Kelly Sentenced for Murdering Pregnant Girlfriend and Unborn Child in Ossipee, New Hampshire
Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella announces that William Kelly, age 40, was sentenced today in the Carroll County Superior Court for the murder of his girlfriend, Christine Falzone, age 33, and the murder of Ms. Falzone's unborn child in Ossipee, New Hampshire on December 17, 2023.
Mr. Kelly was sentenced to 40 years to life on the Second-Degree Murder conviction relating to the death of Christine Falzone. He was sentenced to 40 years to life on the Second-Degree Murder conviction relating to Ms. Falzone's unborn child. These sentences will be served consecutively, resulting in an aggregate term of imprisonment of 80 years to life.
