Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of October 6, 2025
The City of Menifee has street project and construction updates to share with the community:
Ethanac Road - Pulte Homes Development Project
Pulte Homes has completed storm drain improvement work on Ethanac Road. All lanes are now open.
Encanto Road near Rouse Road - Legado Development Project
Lennar is working on reconstructing Encanto Road south of Rouse Road. Temporary traffic control will be placed. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays during construction through end of year.
Rouse Road near Menifee Road - Heritage Village Development Project
Lennar Homes continues working on street improvements on Rouse Road and Menifee Road. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays during construction through the end of the year.
