IDOT Announces Multi-Year Highway and Infrastructure Plan

The Illinois Department of Transportation has released a six-year highway and infrastructure plan that covers Fiscal Years 2026-2031. The Rebuild Illinois Highway Improvement Program is both comprehensive and multimodal, with investments in highways, bridges, aviation, transit, freight and passenger rail, waterways, and bicycle and pedestrian accommodations.
